Reinland strives to process and dispatch orders promptly. We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours (2 business days) of payment confirmation, excluding Indian public holidays, when it may take up to 72 hours. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location.

 

All orders are shipped from our facility in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. However, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, payment authorization issues, or courier delays are beyond our control. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to another address.
 

While we make every effort to deliver your order within 5 working days, there may be instances where additional time is required due to product availability or production timelines. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your complete order within 16 working days, you may request the cancellation of any unshipped items. In such cases, we will process a refund for the canceled portion of the order using your original payment method.

If you believe the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at reinlandstore@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number.
