At Reinland, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below for details regarding delivery, tracking, and other related inquiries.

Shipping Policy - The Basics 

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our courier partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable during these attempts, delivery times may be longer. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide your mobile number when entering the delivery address, as it helps coordinate faster delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of confirmation. Depending on your location in India, orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.


However, delivery may take longer due to the following reasons:

  • Festivals and public holidays

  • Delays by courier partners

  • Political disruptions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances 

In such cases, we will proactively communicate with you via email or SMS. Please check your inbox for updates.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • The tracking number

  • The name of the logistics provider

To track your shipment, visit the logistics provider's website and enter the tracking number provided in the email.

What should I do if my package is opened, damaged, or contains an incorrect product?

If the shipment appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept it.


If you accidentally accept such a shipment, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to reinlandstore@gmail.com along with:

  • Images of the damaged or tampered package

  • Your order details

  • For more information, refer to our Return Policy.

Why can’t I place an order from my city/pincode?

Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of our courier partners in your location. In certain areas, we may not be able to deliver.

What if I have paid for an order and my city/pincode is not serviceable?

If we cannot deliver to your location, we will attempt to arrange delivery through local courier services. If delivery remains unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund for your order.

What about warranty and hidden costs (e.g., taxes)?

There are no hidden costs or additional charges. Our prices are all-inclusive of applicable taxes. What you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Does Reinland deliver internationally?
 

Yes, we accept international orders. However, shipping costs and customs duties will be borne by the recipient.
