At Reinland, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that certain situations may arise where returns or refunds are necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns
Returns or replacements will be accepted only within 3 days of the order being delivered. Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

• To initiate a return or replacement, please send us clear snapshots of:

• The items received in the shipment

• The waybill

• The invoice

• Email these details to reinlandstore@gmail.com. We will respond to your query within 24 hours upon receiving the request.

Returns are applicable only for specific cases, as outlined below.

Cancellations
Once an order is shipped (prepaid or cash on delivery), it cannot be canceled. Returns will only be accepted under the conditions mentioned in this policy.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

• Genuine issues of breakage or damage during transit.

• Packages lost in transit.

Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer.

• Incorrect address format, including any form of PO Box addresses.

• Packages refused by the recipient.

• Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

• Minor color or design variations. As all our products are handcrafted using premium materials such as leather, slight variations from the photographs on our website may occur. These are not considered defects.

• Products that are not faulty or damaged.
